Ghulam Nabi Shah

Chief Executive Officer

Shah is a forward thinking, institutional leader with twenty years of experience. Throughout his tenure, Shah has delivered top notch customer solutions in large scale and enterprise environments. His proven abilities as a technology visionary and driver of strategic business systems development allow Macrosoft to deliver best in class software solutions. Shah is the catalyst that brings IT to organizations, enables innovation, and expands the delivery of global capabilities. He also fuels business growth, and optimizes delivery while managing risks and costs. Shah currently holds a compiler patent with the US Patent Office.

Shah holds an MBA (Computer Science), in addition to 20+ professional and technical certifications. While he is proficient in a variety of development languages, his preferred language is Python. His areas of expertise include enterprise-wide architecture, application migration, IT transformation, mobile, and offshore development management. Shah’s ultimate goal, at Macrosoft, is to create a larger offering of product-based services while adopting new technologies.

In that rare instance when he has time for leisure, Shah is an avid cricket and football fan– as well as a weekly racquetball player.

Muhammad Saghir Khan

Director

Muhammad Saghir Khan has an astonishing experience level consisting of over twenty five years in the fields of Finance, Taxation, and Industrial and Corporate issues. Saghir is a versatile professional, who currently acts as the company secretary for two educational institutes: Institute of Engineering and Fertilizer Research, Faisalabad and Institute of Engineering and Technological Training, Multan.

He holds a Masters degree in “Public Administration” from the University of the Punjab, Lahore. He also plays a vital role in many welfare organizations and currently acts as a committee member for the NFC welfare foundation, which is undertaking a project of charitable hospital.

Imran

Imran Salahuddin
VP of Technology & Migration Services

Imran serves as Macrosoft’s VP of Technology & Migration Services. With two decades of industry experience, Imran continues to demonstrate his ability to ensure seamless migrations. Imran works with Project Managers, sales/strategy teams, and clients to ensure the successful migration of legacy applications. Moreover, Imran exhibits effective communication skills and an eye for quality service.

As a Microsoft Certified and PMI Project Management Professional, Imran can migrate a myriad of difficult technologies. Most recently, he migrated a VFP legacy application which communicated to networking equipment. Testing the application without detailed knowledge of the domain was the real challenge.

Imran also dedicates his time to IoT (Internet of Things), as well as Online Sales, and looks to improve upon all of Macrosoft’s existing verticals.

Allen

Allen Shapiro
Vice President, CCM & Speech Analytics Practices and Data Protection Officer

Allen brings more than 25 years of diverse experience in Marketing and Vendor Management to Macrosoft Inc. As the Vice President of our Customer Communications Management (CCM) practice, Allen leads the Onshore and Off-shore CCM development teams. Additionally, Allen oversees pre-sales activities and is responsible for managing the relationship with our CCM software provider Quadient.

Allen was instrumental in Macrosoft joining Quadient’s Partner Advantage Program and acts as the primary point of contact. He focuses on driving projects to completion on time and on budget. Allen understands the importance of partnering and deepening relationships while striving to better the customer experience.

Prior to joining Macrosoft Inc. Allen held Marketing Management positions at Charter Communications, Heraeus Kulzer, Fuji Film Medical Systems and Montage Media. Allen holds a BBA in Business Administration from Pace University and has training certificates in ISO 13485 and ISO 14971.

John Kullmann

John Kullmann
Director, Special Projects

John Kullmann is the Director, Special Projects for Macrosoft, Inc. Prior to joining Macrosoft, Mr. Kullmann was with Six Sigma Qualtec, where he was responsible for both the company’s European practice and global marketing efforts. Previously, he spent eight years with Cap Gemini Consulting, leading business development efforts in multiple vertical markets.

With more than twenty years of experience, John Kullmann is a recognized expert in business development efforts for professional services firms. John is responsible for expanding Macrosoft from its traditional roots as a leading software development and system implementation company into an equally accomplished provider of packaged technology products.
